Great food at good prices. We went for lunch and hubby had the small scallops and I had a burger. Both were very good.

Ordered Blackened gouper sandwich, which was 3 tiny strips of fish with buns, you figured with how expensive the sandwich is, it would have ar least a single large filet. The fish dies not taste fresh and seasoning was lacking. Very disappointed with the food.

Stopped in while traveling back to chicago. Family owned. Fantastic fresh seafood. Hush puppies that are home made. Tried the Mullet and it was a nice dhoes flaky fish perfectly fried. Super good cheesey grits and cole slaw. Fresh oysters opened up front for you. Crab cake was great. Service was friendly and efficient even when crowded. DO STOP

We drove 80 miles to eat lunch at this roadside restaurant that specializes in seafood dishes and oysters harvested from local waters. It's an eclectic, historical, fun place to enjoy great food and there is entertainment by the staff that you have to experience.

Best oysters ever! They were lightly battered and cooked to perfection. So sweet and fresh! The ranch dressing for the salad was made in house and was delicious! They also offer a guava jelly for the hush puppies that was also made in house and that stuff was killer! Plus, look at their menu. Now that's how you want to make everyone feel! ❤

Forever one of our favorites! Delicious food, great service, and a great show. You can enjoy lots of family time here. I would definitely recomend. Even if you don't like seafood there is other options. I hope this helps you decide to eat here.

Gem of a place in quaint Perry. Oysters were fresh. It's worth a visit

Happened to come across this place from Google places, once again a GREAT find!!! Delicious, fresh seafood! Fantastic oysters, and our seafood combo of Grouper, shrimp & Scallops were delicious, very lightly battered & perfectly cooked. The hush puppies were addictive and the cheese grits were probably the best I've ever put in my mouth, so light & fluffy! Then the sound system started playing "Cotton Eyed Joe" and the owner went around dancing & playing a pogo stick enhanced with percussion, Whattttt? It was amazing, we love this place!!!

Wanted to have mullet, however none available. I understand why...it is because our commercial fishermen are restricted. Enjoyed the wild caught shrimp instead.Hope to return to get mullet served all the ways DEALS offers.Four of my party was traveling to Fernandina Beach a d thought shrimp was well prepared

Pictured here Pick 3 combination; redfish, shrimp, and scallops all fried with cheese grits and hush puppies. Perfectly executed, food was piping hot but not over cooked at all. I should have took a better picture, under the shrimp was about 30 scallops. Meal cost about 29 with drink and tax but there are cheaper options. I would definitely go back. The people are very friendly.

Loved this place. Lots of choices on how your food is cooked. My (adult) son and I shared "The big Deal" . It was great. Both of us were full when we left. Service was awesome and the sweet tea was just right,not too sweet not too strong. By the way the ice was perfect..shaved. Would definitely eat here again!! Also I had no internet connection while here sooo, ya have to talk to each other while here😊.

Just as of life small place to have a meal everything seems to be good when I have eaten there. In that service always seems to be really good

You are in the south here darlin’. Down home cooking to fill your belly. It’s not really great, wonderful food, but it’s tradition and community. Be ready to fill up cause they’re going to give you a plate full. My favorite was the glass full of crushed ice.

Excellent food and exception staff. We came all the way from north Carolina to eat fish bones and gulf shrimp.

We have driven by this place many times going from Citrus County to our beach house and back. Every time we pass, the parking g lot is filled with cars. My husband and I make the comment that the food must really be good there.Today, we just stopped to see if we were right. AND...we were! The food is AWESOME! the waitresses are super friendly and we were served our FRESH... not frozen seafood very quickly. This place will be worth your drive!

Semi good food but way overpriced. $23 for 6 shrimp and 8 oysters that were deep friend is way overpriced. I could have eaten oceanfront for that price. It's a old drive by spot. It's no where close to what the newspaper said. I had high hopes being a Floridian.

Food was great but nothing any different from what we cook back home. Good ole southern fried cuisine. Oysters we sublime and absolutley amazing. Best of all was our waitress Lacey. She was so quick to see to us in our huge party of 15. Everyone got their drink filled promptly. The food was served hot and she wore a smile the whole time! Awesome service at this restaurant

I was with two other people. We all ordered something different. None of us enjoyed our meal. Just didn't taste very good. Portions were fine. Service was good. I would not go back or recommend this restaurant to others.

Fantastic place for great fresh seafood, had my first raw oyster it was delicious. Everything we had was so good. The service was outstanding, very well oiled machine the kitchen is fast.

Fresh mullet excellent, cheese grits excellent, Cole slaw and hush puppies excellent. Service is friendly and people are very nice. Prices are a little high.

We heard about awesome seafood at Deals Famous Oyster House. We both ordered the Big Deal or Famous Deal, whatever, it was seafood platter to make a hungry man cry. Shrimp, oysters, scallops, crab cake, hush puppies and mullet. I had fries and salad to accompany the platter.The seafood needed no condiment, just let it speak for itself. Excellent.

Once again while visiting from Tennessee, eating at Deals was a MUST!! Everytime we come here , they are amazing! Fresh, delicious seafood, awesome, polite and prompt service. Only place to eat in Perry! Looking forward to our next trip! :)

Good food and great service. Tammy G waited on us and she was one of the most friendly and helpful waitresses I have met. Photos here include the oyster stew, baked oysters with Parmesan cheese, and entertainment. We weren’t expecting the entertainment. A dozen oysters at Deals isn’t a dozen, it’s 15. That and the entertainment, both good surprises.

Was craving some oysters while at the beach & was told at a pizza place to go to dealsWhen we walked in they all greeted us"Some of the world's finest people walk thru that door ..."We had 3 different platters of different oysters. Everything was delicious & a woman played a musical pogo stick!We loved it!!!

Came in right as they were closing tonight but they happily said come on in. I got half doz oysters & they gave me 2 extra. They were great and done just how I asked. Husband got smoked mullet dinner, he and my dad (who’s been a smoked fish eater is whole life) said it was the best they’ve ever had. My dad got mullet eggs and mullet backs and he was raving over how good they were. Mom (who’s a picky eater about seafood) got steamed and seasoned blue crab claws and she was very happy about them. The service was great, and although we came in at 9pm, everyone was so polite and had a smile on their face and working very hard. This is now one of our favorite restaurants as a family.

The food is decent. Overpriced but it's good. Clean place and friendly staff.That being said, they do this thing ANY time the door opens where everyone who works there says: "The finest people in the world come through that door!" It's like Moe's where they say " Welcome to Moe's" but it's so much more annoying. I just wanna eat, not hear what kind of people eat here. Please stop.
